La ubicación, para mis necesidades, es perfecta. Se puede llegar andando a la estación de trenes de Migliarina, hay servicios cerca, y es suficientemente tranquila por la noche. La casa estaba muy limpia, internet funciona bien.
El problema principal ha sido la muy poca presión de agua caliente en la ducha, lo que hace que la regulación pase de golpe de dos hilos de agua hirviendo a mucha agua helada. Al final se consigue algo decente, pero no es agradable.
Por otro lado, no hay microondas en la cocina.
El aparcamiento es público y gratuito, sí, pero también muy escaso — es muy complicado encontrar sitio cerca. Pero esto es un problema de Spezia, en general...

Very cute apartment and location. Easy to find. Plenty of towels. Great views. Good kitchen and bathroom. Loved the balcony.
No air conditioning and it was very hot - especially the first night. Two fans helped, but should at least have standing AC units in the bedrooms. Or extension cords for fans so they can be moved around the room.

Appartamento ampio, con due camere da letto spaziose,cucina, bagno e un piccolo balcone. La casa è molto confortevole e comoda, si trova in una buona posizione a due passi dalla stazione Fs Migliarina. I servizi essenziali ad un buon soggiorno sono tutti presenti sia in casa che nel quartiere intorno. Pulizia impeccabile. Host super gentile e disponibile. Consigliato

Tre piani senza ascensore con le valigie da salire è stata una brutta sorpresa.
