About this apartment rental
Cosy holiday apartment just 1 km from the centre of La Spezia in Liguria and less than 2 km from the sea and not far from the Cinque Terre. On the second floor without lift, this large apartment has an entrance hall, kitchen with balcony and bathroom with bathtub. Bright living room with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. It is only 200 metres from the train station and the bus stop to Lerici is in front of the house, so you can explore beautiful Liguria without a car. La Spezia enjoys a mild climate and is therefore also ideal for a holiday in the winter months. A stay in La Spezia is very convenient: you can reach Riomaggiore by train and take a walk along the Path of Love (2.5 km), which is 50 metres above the sea and takes you to Manarola. Manarola is home to the world's largest nativity scene during the Christmas season: more than 300 man-sized figures made of twisted iron are scattered among the vineyards and illuminated by a total of 17,000 light bulbs! If you want to continue your hike: from Manarola and through Corniglia, with one of the longest beaches in the Cinque Terre, you can reach Vernazza and Monterosso. An idea for a day trip: in less than an hour you can reach Forte dei Marmi in Tuscany, for shopping enthusiasts Pietrasanta on the Via Francigena is unmissable, the famous medieval town of art offers galleries and works of art by international artists along the streets of the town centre.

At first viewing the stairs to the apartment, we were a little intimidated. But by the second day , we were like all the locals and took the stairs we ith ease. The location is ideal only a 15 min walk from the train station. Another 10 minutes beyond is a busy pedestrian plaza with restaurants and shops all the way to the marina. Would i stay here again. YES YES YES.

Lovely accommodations. Nice neighborhood convenient to restaurants, pastry cafe and markets. The apartment is very spacious, clean and well decorated.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille grâce à l'accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires, leurs conseils si précieux tout au long du séjour pour les visites . Maria cristina et ricardo sont très disponibles, attentionnés et d'une extrême gentillesse. L'appartement est spacieux, calme avec tout le confort pour passer un agréable séjour. Proche de toutes commodités : boulangerie, petit supermarché, pharmacie... et à 15 min à pied du centre historique. Il est bien situé pour se rendre à la gare (10min à pied) allant aux Cinque terre et le bus est au pied de l'appartement pour se rendre dans les villages voisins. On peut se garer très facilement. Nous vous recommandons cette location.

Maria u. Riccardo haben uns ihr wunderbares Casa de Emilia für eine Woche überlassen.Um uns herum nur Italiener, 5min. zum Bäcker oder zur Eisdiele. In 10min. beim Resaurant oder Bahnhof und das alles zu Fuß. Gerne mal wieder!
