Reijeka apartment

Buona ubicazione. Nelle adiacenze della stazione dei treni. Il centro cittadino è raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi. L’appartamento corrisponde alle foto. La cucina è ben equipaggiata di tutto l’occorrente per cucinare compreso bollitore elettrico e forno a microonde. L’attenzione in più al cliente che ho riscontrato consiste nella presenza di te, spezie, zucchero, piatti di carta e tovaglioli. Buona pulizia, bagno fornito di doccia calda e sapone. Letti comodi. È presente una lavatrice con relativo sapone per bucato al prezzo di 5€ (ma non l’ho usata).

L’appartamento si trova all’ultimo piano senza ascensore ma è una cosa fattibile. Potrebbe essere una nota d’interesse per persone con difficoltà motoria.

The apartment was very well equipped, it had everything needed for a 1-2 week stay, for example: scissors, first aid supplies, toaster, spices like salt or cinnamon powder and much more The apartment was very clean and the room temperature was always surprisingly cool without the air conditioner on (during the day we left the shutters closed) In the cupboard was another set of clean bed sheets and towels. On the street there is a pizza place and a few deli markets, the coop-supermarket is not far away. It is situated only a few minutes away from the train station wich makes it easy to walk to catch the trains.

The apartment being right behind the train station might also be a disadvantage because the train passing by makes a lot of noise and because the apartment walls aren’t very thin you can hear the cars passing by as well, even with the windows closed.

There is a height difference inside the bathroom. Need to be careful.

Overall the place is comfy with a nice kitchen, 2 rooms. You have everything you need for a short stay. Nice views from the balcony of the kitchen.

The mattresses of the bunk beds are good, but the ones of the main bedroom are very old. And not only the mattresses but the old spring bed base. We had to put the mattresses onthe floor to sleep well. Cleanliness was not at it's best. The bedrooms due to the summer time were very hot and the air conditioned was not enough to cool the appartment mainly because we couldn't leave the AC on while we were out because the water coming out of the AC and falling into a bucket, that water could drip off and fall on the floors underneath and neighbours call the police, etc. It's a 4th floor with no lift. On a daily basis it didn't matter much but luggage up and down was a bit of a pain.
