Guests have access to the entire house and patio area, just not the locked cabinets in the garage.

Please note that the only way into the unit involves stairs - either from the garage or from the outside entrance.

We require all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
Imperial Beach waters may not always permit water activities. Be sure to carefully read all posted signs to determine whether it is safe to enter the water. Your safety is our priority. Great location in IB. Less than a block from the beach and minutes away from multiple restaurants and pubs by walking. The property was clean and the kitchen was well equipped with basic pots, pans, amd cooking utensils. It was nice being able to cook when I did not want to eat out. The owner was very responsive and helped me work through a couple issues in the booking and payment process. I highly recommend staying here.

Great location and access to beach, shops, and restaurants. The kitchen with all its amenities was well equipped which made it nice to make and have a family dinner together. Having a washer and dryer and garage to park the car was amazing! The master bedroom is laking in privacy due to the loft room. The kitchen and living area were great for family being together. However, it was loud during the day due to construction on a nearby building resulting in dust and debris on the porch which made it unusable. Other than a few inconveniences, the place was great!
