Hear the waves crashing onto the shore as you relax in a beautifully decorated, three bedroom, three bath condo right on the sand with breathtaking sunsets. Two garaged parking spaces with a private elevator that opens right into the condo. All the comforts of home. Designer kitchen features the latest in appliances and everything you need to cook and entertain. Washer & dryer, 70" Smart TV, wifi and plenty of beach towels and boogie boards for playing on the beach. We've thought of everything for your memorable beach vacation.
Imperial Beach is a hidden gem, reminiscent of the classic beach towns of old. Miles and miles of uncrowded, white sandy beaches, littered with seashells and sand dollars, and with magnificent views of the historic pier, Coronado Islands and the San Diego skyline. Imperial Beach is charming and laid back, experiencing a wonderful renaissance of it's own bringing trendy restaurants to the area while retaining its small town charm.
There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom is spacious and has a pillow top California king bed and private bathroom with large windows & patio right on the ocean! The second bedroom is also large and has a pillow top king bed with a private bathroom. The third bedroom is the size of a den and features trundle beds (but no closet).
There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance of the condo. And only a 10-minute drive to Coronado for great shopping and cocktails at the classic Hotel Del.

We loved our stay at IB and in this property. It is a beautiful, clean property and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Heidi was great to communicate with, and she accommodated us perfectly. The home is ideal. It is clean, easy to access and has everything we needed. It is such a beautiful place, we couldn't have asked for more

We found this very lovely two-bedroom apartment more than adequate. And sitting in front of the floor to ceiling glass wall looking out onto the Pacific and hearing the waves was special.
