Welcome to modern luxury living at our beautiful NEWLY construction fully furnished and professionally decorated, private 3 bedroom 2.5 bath 1,600 sq ft home, just steps from the beach & blocks to the 24 mile Bayshore Bike Way.
Enjoy an open floor plan with 10 ft. ceiling & gorgeous high end designer finishes. Single car attached garage w/ keypad entry, beach chairs, tandem bicycle & gated yard. Conveniently the laundry room w/ washer & dryer is on 2nd flr.
Gorgeous master suite has a built-in coffee bar and balcony to walk out and enjoy the white water views. Oversize beautiful walk in spa like shower & walk in closet.
Perfectly located in Imperial Beach, a quiet beach community just south of Coronado and Downtown San Diego where from the sweeping rooftop views you can see it all. You can walk for miles, both north and south, on uncrowded beaches. Imperial Beach and Coronado also have many miles of ocean and bayside bike trails. The Tijuana Estuary and National Wildlife Refuge both have hiking trails and over 300 species of native or migrating birds. There is also a site just south of us that has guided beach trail horseback riding. We also have a beach front outdoor fitness court across the street.
You can cook your meals at the house or walk to the many restaurants in the area. Our home is across the street from Toasted an oceanfront restaurant and Aroma Thai. We are within a block of Katy's Cafe & Pizzeria Luigi. Within 2 blocks of Brigantine Oyster Bar, Michael Hess Brewery, Filippi’s Pizza Grotto, Siam Imperial Thai Kitchen, and El Tapatio Mexican Restaurant

This property is excellent. 20 minutes from San Diego airport. Half a block from the beach. Walk to brew pubs, seafood, small market for supplies. 15 minutes from the Naval base in Coronado and the restaurants in Coronado.
The house was exactly as pictured, the community is easy to get around and the beach is awesome. We would stay here again without a doubt.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Imperial Beach thanks to this amazing house. Everything was clean and new. It's one block away from the beach. 7/11 and market places were a walking distance from the house. I really recommend staying in these amazing house.

Our family had a fantastic stay. The house felt like home! It was clean, comfortable and spacious. There were bikes and even sand toys for the kids!
A barbecue on the roof, sunsets from the bedroom windows and just steps to the beach- perfect!
Tristin and Jeff were great hosts, very responsive. We would definitely stay at their home again.
