The apartment was perfect for our stay in Seattle. It was close to light rail, which was important to us. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. The host gave clear instructions on how to find the room and how to get in. He also provided a guidebook for the local area restaurants, which was very helpful. He was very good at communicating with us.

Free parking on the street with easy access. Room heater worked fast and were hot.
Construction crews outside were literally hammering at 8am in the morning, which was a bummer for these tired Seahawks fans, but not the end of the world.

Quiet location close to variety of eateries
Good access to public transport to get into city
Was great to be able to wash our clothes at the end of our holiday.
No comfortable chairs to relax in.
Grill/toaster was full of crumbs and hadn’t been cleaned
Would have been helpful to have had instructions for washer/dryer

We didn't realize until early the next morning construction was right outside the door when the heavy equipment started and made a lot of noise.
Cleaning charge was steep for just one night. Furniture was minimal.
