The appartment was very clean, very modern and everything was available. We were with 8 persons (6 adults and two minor persons) but everybody had his privacy. The bathrooms were very spacious , modern and clean. The appartment is very close to the center with bars, shops and restaurants within 100 meter walking.

Spacious, well decorated, wonderful view of the Duomo, fabulous location in Santo Spirito, great staff team - logistics were easy. Lovely living area, felt like a home in Florence!
It’s an old building so the lift is small and slow, it wasn’t an issue for us to use the stairs, and one of our party used the lift and was happy. So, not really an issue for us, but aware that some people might prefer a different set up.

Location was great, where we could easily walk to many sightseeing attractions, restaurants and local transport. The property was well equipped, had comfortable beds and great amenities.
As other reviews have alluded to, there is a smell from the drains in the kitchen which is a bit off putting and the heating system (which is controls more widely by the building) can make it a bit cold at night.
