This large 1500sf apartment is in an elegantly furnished and has just been renovated, placed in the main luxury hotel district in the centre of Florence. It features large windows, high ceilings and a large terrace with plenty of room for eating al fresco. It has three large double bedrooms, one further smaller double bedroom and three bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped and very bright, facing directly onto the spacious terrace which has a dining table and lounge area.

Property was in a great location, quit street but only minutes away from major sites. Very clean and spacious for 6 adults. would recommend to friends and family

Our family of six adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The flat was incredibly spacious, tidy and provided us with all the amenities — full kitchen, washing machine and multiple bathrooms. The highlight for us was the large terrace where most of our time was spent. The location was perfect as it is a quiet neighborhood but just a short walk away from all the main attractions, shops and restaurants. Our host was great with communication and kindly accommodated a modified check-in for us. Will definitely stay here again during any future trips to Florence!

First off, I must say, it’s a gorgeous apartment. Well appointed with all the amenities one could need. Dishwasher, clothes dryer and washer, Wi-Fi works well, though not in the farthest bedroom, and three bedrooms and three full baths! Having said all that, we found the property to be less than clean, and a little shabby. Burnt shades on lights needed replacing, and the tattered window curtains also need to be replaced. The bathrooms were ok, but one had black mold in the shower stall, that had stained the grout which probably need to be replaced. The patio area was tired looking and needs a good pressure wash. Although our stay there was the middle of October, the weather was very pleasant and we could have used the lounge cushions, but were not available.
