And a very large house (200sqm) in the green, with a splendid view of the Certosa di Firenze. Has a garden of 150 square meters with a private pool and a gazebo, table and chairs.
The house is in Florence, but in a very quiet area, away from traffic.
4 double rooms (10 beds), fully equipped kitchen with BBQ, large dining room, living room, 2 bathrooms with shower.
The location is excellent, the historic center of Florence can be reached in 10 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bus.
Cradle of the Renaissance, according to UNESCO World Heritage Site, the city museums overtime, and then churches, palaces, villas: just look around to understand immediately how Florence and the surrounding area are unique in the world.
A short distance from the house is also the beginning of the highway for Chianti, San Gimignano and Siena

The house was so great! I loved that the bus was close. The pool was a must to cool down from being in Florence all day. We loved it here!

Our host was very prompt with answering any questions. The location is wonderful! Very quiet but yet very close to Florence. We would highly recommend a stay at the villa!

This property was ideal for our friends’ trip. While easily accessible by a regular bus that goes directly to all the main attractions in Florence, it’s set in fantastic surroundings in the hills. The villa has been finished to a high standard and is well equipped.
