The location is very beautiful, relaxing and charming. Also the staff was very attentive. Great food and breakfast! We do loved our stay despite some disalignments

My comment is more in the sense that some orientations/clarifications should be proactively given to people before the reservation. In my case, I was not aware that the pool was closed (this was disappointing), I was not aware that I needed to tell in advance my willingness to have dinner (the staff was kind and arranged it, but if I knew this need, I would have anticipated my request) and lastly, the jacuzzi was not “on”. They told me I needed to tell in advance the desire to use it. They did make it work in a kind way, but once again, another situation that could be avoided if they provide this details in the reservation moment.

Nothing . As a recommendation I would also put a coffee / tea maker in the living /reception room so that the room can also be enjoyed at tea time

The owner was not child friendly. Here's a corrected version of your text with improved grammar and clarity: He warned us not to play outside with a ball (it was away from the apartment, near the parking area on the grass). His reason was that we were being disrespectful to others (although the chalet was not full, only 2–3 couples were there). The lady at the reception was very helpful and friendly. On the first day, the room was very cold. On the second day, it was fine.
