molto carino lo stile dell'abitazione, si tratta di una villa in stile liberty divisa in due appartamenti . Molto carino in giardino all'esterno e la spa(senza grandi aspettative fa quello che serve) Nel complesso una buona struttura
Ci sarebbe da migliorare un po' la pulizia in generale, purtroppo magari noi siamo capitati in un momento di bassa stagione e quindi si è accumulata un po' di polvere in eccesso . Nel complesso però non era invivibile.

Bathtub is outside the building in small house, this is good in summer, but we visited in May.

Propriétaire très disponible, réactif et très serviable. Maison très propre et très confortable.
Situation touristique à mi-chemin entre Lucca et Pisa. Florence à 1h30 par le train. Livorno, Carrare et Sienne facilement accessibles.
La route est très passagère mais l'isolation sonore parfaite, donc pas de nuisance en intérieur.
L’équipement de la cuisine (verres, couverts, grille pain...) doit être amélioré surtout pour une location à 4 ou 6 personnes, mais nous n'étions que 2 alors on s’est accommodés ;)
La conduite automobile des Italiens, vitesse insécure et stressante, mais de cela le propriétaire n'est pas responsable. ;)
Quelques radars de contrôle des vitesses bien placés calmeraient sans doute les ardeurs dangereuses. ;)
