Please note that while parties are not permitted, we welcome inquiries for other events. Event bookings require prior permission, adherence to regulations, and may involve additional fees.

I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.

Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. Latest check-out time is 1pm.
Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.

Smoking is strongly prohibited, penalty £500

If you wish to use the pool, a minimum booking of three days is required at a rate of £300 (£100 per day).
