The apartment was very clean and the staff were helpful. Security in the building was excellent, which made us feel safe. They also provided useful cleaning supplies such as dish soap, cloths, and shower essentials, which was very convenient.
The rooms were quite small, especially for those who prefer more spacious places. Also, since the apartment was on the second floor and the surrounding buildings were very close, we had to keep the curtains closed most of the time for privacy.

Location and the newness. Everything was close by
The rooms has few charging points and only 1 light. No sure if it’s common across London, but felt the lighting to be low.
