Es war wirklich alles ganz ganz sauber. Eine funktionierende Dusche. In einem abschließbaren Bad mit einer Holztür. Drei getrennte Räume, so dass wir drei Personen uns abends aus dem Weg gehen konnten. Technische Geräte haben alle funktioniert. Die Heizungen auch, nachdem ich herausgefunden habe, wie sie zu bedienen sind.
Holdienst vom Flughafen.
Die Lage. Kensington ist wunderschön. Essen rundum. Mehrere Bahnstationen und der Bus vor der Haustür.
Wir waren in der Wohnung im 1. Stock. Die Betten sind eine absolute Katastrophe. Ich vermute, so 120cm breit. Eine Bettdecke. Durchgelegene Matratze.
Im Wohnzimmer war die Couch fĂĽr Person 3 ausgezogen. Genauso schmal. Aber quietschend und sehr dĂĽnn.
Die Wohnung kann auf keinen Fall fĂĽr 4 Man gebucht werden.
DafĂĽr ist der Esstisch auch zu klein. Der ist so 40 auf 40 cm. Wackelt wie sonstwas. Das wurde letztes Jahr schon angemerkt und nichts wurde behoben.
Das Geschirr muss dringend ergänzt bzw. Erneuert werden!
Und ja die Lage. Sehr positiv. Aber es ist sehr laut. GefĂĽhlt aller 10 Minuten ist eine Polizei oder ein Krankenwagen vorbeigerauscht auf der HauptstraĂźe. (Wohnung geht auf Nebenstr.)
Es sind keine Reinigungssachen vor Ort. Kein Handfeger, Staubsauger oder sowas.
Also insgesamt wirklich schönes Ambiente, aber die Möbel gehören dringend ausgewechselt und Equipment ergänzt!

L’appartement est très bien situé. Proche des transports et des commerces et restaurants. Assez confortable.
L’hôte disponible et réactif.
Il manque vraiment les équipements de cuisine annoncés: seulement 3 fourchettes / 2 couteaux et pas de petites cuillères. Pas de torchons ni de produits vaisselle. La grande et belle cuisine n’est pas pleinement utilisable pour cuisiner un vrai repas. Pas de passoire ni de plat de four.
Un peu bruyant pour les oreilles sensibles car sur un croisement avec une rue passante.

Ottima posizione, appartamento molto spazioso e confortevole. Ottima comunicazione con i gestori. Abbiamo avuto un problema ed è stato risolto subito.
E' andato tutto bene.

Great location. Good to have kitchen at the apartment. Has everyone needed.
Beds were very uncomfortable. Especially the sofa. Small dining table very wobbly. Mould in bathroom.
