This very comfortable and conveniently located apartment was well equipped and thoughtfully appointed. We asked to switch units when we realized that we'd have trouble negotiating a particular staircase and the request was met with understanding and a quick exchange. The quiet neighborhood felt very safe during all hours.
Older sofa is a bit uncomfortable.
Entry key pad can be finicky.

The deceitful and unreasonable demand for a non refundable deposit of £120 a week before we arrived that was not mentioned at the time of booking. A refundable £500 deposit was buried in the small print that was actually £650 when it came to completing the verification process. Given the nature of the previous reviews we were not sure if and when we would get the £650 deposit back so we had to pay the £120 to be given details on how to access the property.
