The hosts are very friendly, responsible, and attentive to their guests’ comfort.
Location is very good, near mini metro and very accessible to city center. Free private car park on the garage that is very safe. Lots of shops and supermarket around.
The apartment is very good and super clean, with all of the kitchen items you need. We recommend it to anyone who visit Perugia.

l'appartamento era perfettamente pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort, l'accoglienza è stata eccellente e abbiamo trovato una situazione estremamente comoda. Parcheggio privato, pochissima distanza dal centro e dai mezzi pubblici principali. Nelle vicinanze è possibile fare anche una colazione eccezionale in una pasticceria in zona.
il letto era molto comodo e di notte l'ambiente è molto silenzioso. Una sosta sicuramente suggerita sia per brevi periodi che pernottamenti più lunghi.

Ho soggiornato in questo B&B e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente perfetta sotto ogni aspetto! La posizione è strategica, comodissima per raggiungere tutto, ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla e rilassante.
La pulizia è impeccabile: ogni ambiente è curato nei minimi dettagli e si percepisce subito grande attenzione e professionalità. La stanza era silenziosissima, ideale per riposare davvero bene, e dotata di ogni comfort possibile — non mancava davvero nulla, anzi c’era anche più di quanto ci si aspetti!
Un enorme valore aggiunto sono i proprietari: persone gentilissime, accoglienti e sempre disponibili, capaci di farti sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento.
Consiglio questo B&B senza alcun dubbio a chiunque cerchi qualità, tranquillità e un’ospitalità autentica. Ci tornerei subito!
