Luxurious and stylish two-story duplex stay for family/group outings - each of the 3 bedrooms (each with one bed) comes with its own TV, entire place has 2.5 baths, private backyard patio, one car garage, and great amenities!
Primary Bedroom Suite has its own private full bath, walk-in closet, and TV.
All bedrooms are located upstairs. Prime location in Spokane’s South Hill area, with quick 5 minute freeway access, 10 minutes from downtown Spokane, and 30 minutes from Coeur d’Alene!
5 minutes from Target and Traders Joes.
This comfortable travel home is equipped for groups and families looking for an enjoyable and relaxing stay - your home away from home.
Plenty to do here with a TV and fully equipped kitchen area!
An office space is ready for work and study on the go.
NO pets/animals allowed on the property.
•NO smoking, vaping, drugs, etc.
•Strictly only the number of guests registered on your reservation are allowed to stay.
•NO parties, events or gatherings allowed. Any sort of party or event is PROHIBITED and neighbors will notify us if any disturbances.
*If pets/animals or additional guests are identified on the property, your reservation will be canceled with no reservation fees returned.
•We kindly asks that guests refrain from wearing shoes/footwear indoors during their stay.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and modernness of the property. Everything was perfect for our motorcycle rally! All 5 touring motorcycles fit in the garage with ease . Very comfortable. Would definitely rent again!One thing that would make it even better, a BBQ for the back porch!

Very new place! Looks very nice and clean. But, No coffee cups, broken microwave, and beds are firm.
