Hot shower, great location, amazing host. Loved the music. Can be loud at times because of the location but it didn't bother me. Hospitality was on point. Will stay again!
No sink. No smart TV, would love to access Netflix if want a couple hours of downtime which is essential when traveling for a long time. Also if you are a solo traveler and want to get to city center faster I think bus option from airport is a much faster option that the recommended boat by the accommodation. Been to venice several times and it took me two hours to get to the location from the airport by the hosts recommended route by boat ( not taxi boat, public boat). Much faster to take bus from airport and walk thru beautiful venice, get there much faster!!!

Very nice apartment right next to Rialto Bridge. Modern, clean, spacious - a real gem in Venice. Easy communication with the host and very accommodating.
Nothing,it was a great stay. Just note as you're very central there is some noise from the streets into the night, but it didn't disturb our sleep in any way.

Property location was about two blocks away from Rialto Mercato vaporetto stop which was great to move around. Area is near lots of eating spots and small convenience stores in case you need to stock up on anything. The staff was reachable via WhatsApp and provided precise directions to get to the property and other locations using the vaporetto.
There was no room service or cleaning done during our 4 nights stay. The staff was only available in the front desk during very select hours.

Andrea was so kind and considerate from the beginning, with attention to every detail and gave us great directions regarding transportation, and tips when traveling around.
The apartment is well furnished and decorated, with everything we needed. It was cleaned to the highest standard, and we felt so at ease and comfortable living in it.
The location is perfect, 1 minute from the ferry station Rialto Mercato, even with our huge luggages.
It’s hands down the best place we’ve stayed in our entire Europe trip. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Such a shame the highest rating we can give the apartment is 10/10, we would gladly give a 12/10 if we can.
Overall, we will definitely come back to stay if we ever visit Venice again.
