No physical key access was via a code
Whilst location was excellent being so close to main attractions it also meant that noise of adjacent restaurants went on till @1am each night and then deliveries started about 6am Also boiler in living area where sofa bed was located was very noisy and woke our son up several times a night. Also no Co2 detector.

The location is very well placed for all main tourist attractions and water access. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I even received a bottle of Prosecco as a gift for my birthday.
There are some bells ringing every day a few times starting from 7:00 am so you can’t sleep in because they are very loud. Also, being such a central location means that you hear a lot of street noise from all the people walking and talking. Venice is very busy during weekends especially

It was conveniently located. Beautiful and clean.
Could be a little noisy from downstairs but only cause it’s centrally located in the heart of Venice.

Location was nice as it was just off a busier walk way, so easy to access without a lot of people walking past. Balcony was nice.
We knew there were stairs, however these got gradually narrower as you went up each floor. Layout every weird with shower and toilet in the living space.
