About this house rental
The luxury residence "Gli Oleandri" directly overlooks the Vindicio di Formia seafront and is located within an exclusive private park.
It boasts a large private terrace of 100 square meters with a view of the gulf and large green areas.
The residence is equipped with automated driveway access and private access directly to the beach.
The apartment is on one level with a total area of 110 square meters and can accommodate up to 7 guests.
It consists of 2 large double bedrooms (one with sea view and balcony), as well as 1 bedroom with 3 beds, 2 bathrooms (one with a large glass shower), a double living room with a relaxation area and a dining area
and a large open kitchen with a peninsula and a snack bar.
The apartment, with independent heating, has just been renovated and finely furnished in each
minimum detail and is equipped with all the comforts: armored door, PVC glazing with double glazing, burglar alarm system, motorized shutters, mosquito nets, inverter air conditioners in each room, autoclave, TV 55 '' with home theater system, WI-FI connection 4g , washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven,
coffee maker, iron.
Also available for guests is a cot for babies.
The property also has a private parking with 1 parking space available.
The exclusive terrace, with breathtaking views, has a large illuminated gazebo, sitting area, garden table and a barbecue to brighten up your stay by the sea.
To complete this exclusive residence we find a lovely garden with ornamental plants and aromatic herbs.
The residence is available for your holidays and relax stays for short periods (weeks - weekends - month) except in August.
Rates include utilities, cleaning services, bed linen and towels.
It is mandatory to pay a security deposit, which will be returned upon return of the house after checking for damage.
Animals are not allowed.

Lovely place! Very welcoming, friendly hosts. Comfortable beds and extremely kid friendly with lots of toys etc. They thought of everything. We only stayed one night as a quick stop over but wish we were able to stay longer. We will be back!

The condo was beautiful, immaculately maintained, and had numerous amenities ranging from a washing machine to a parking spot. The terrace overlooked the sea.
While a car isn’t required, transportation would be helpful as Vindicio is a couple of kilometers from the central part of Formia. There are several excellent restaurants nearby in Vindicio and Castellone.
Salvadore, the owner, was helpful and willing to answer our questions.
