Tutto. Bellissimo panorama sul golfo e il mare. L'appartamento era rifornito di ogni comfort ed era pulito. Grande e Arredato con gusto.Letto molto comodo.
La signora che ci ha accolto era gentile. Dotata di un parcheggio comodo all'interno di un cortile.

The location was great, easy walk into the town and for supermarkets. The property is sea facing with great outdoor space and lots of comfortable indoor space for a family of 5. There are great bus links to towns along the coast and train links to Rome and Naples.
The pool, which is listed, wasn't in use with a shallow covering of very dirty, brown water.
The WiFi didn't work, so planning trips and research was very difficult as our data signal was also poor. For anyone on capped roaming data, this could be a huge problem.

These apartments are truly 100 out of 10. The location is fantastic — just steps from the sea. The interior design is stunning and filled us with joy at every turn. The terrace is incredibly cozy — it’s hard to leave it! There’s also a grill on the terrace, which we happily used — it made our evening even more special.
The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with everything you might need, and the tableware is beautiful and high quality. We loved the comfortable mattress in the main bedroom. Parking on the private territory right next to the apartment was very convenient, and the private gate leading directly to the beach was a wonderful bonus. The small pool and the children’s play area looked great — perfect for families (unfortunately we couldn’t use them during our short stay).
We were also lucky with the weather — despite the end of October, it was incredibly sunny, and we could even swim in the sea and enjoy a true taste of late summer. The hostess was very friendly and flexible with check-in and check-out times — a big thank you for that!
Honestly, the only real downside was that we stayed just one night — it was not enough! The Wi-Fi signal could be stronger, and one of the children’s beds was a bit squeaky, but these are tiny details that didn’t affect our wonderful experience at all.

The property was spacious and beautifully presented. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had a full range of coffee options. Francesca was a wonderful host and helped us out organising taxis and a bike. The view and terrace were amazing, and it was easy access to the beach. It was around 30mins walk to the centre of Formia, so was peaceful and quiet in the evenings.
I was disappointed the pool was not available and didn’t look like it had been in use for a long time. This was one of the things I put into my search and no attempt was made to advise the pool was no longer available.
