We vacation to Chautauqua every Labor Day with my extended family. The cabin we normally stay in is not big enough for three generations. We rented this house for myself, my wife, and two kids. It was perfect! It had everything we needed.

The house was immaculate, sunny and is well located. You can easily walk to Mayville and the TOPS grocery store or towards the lake. We stayed during a real hot spell so the only thing we wished we had was a room air conditioner in the second bedroom but all in all would absolutely recommend the property. And the communications once reserved were excellent! Very thorough and helpful.

Property was just as advertised. Great location, clean, and excellent in all ways. Amenities were excellent and I really enjoyed my stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again.
