About this house rental
Well appointed, kid friendly beach house ready to host multiple families. Located two blocks from Lakeside Park on gorgeous Lake Chautauqua, this house is right in the middle of it all - fishing, hiking, kayaking, dining, swimming, skiing, etc.
The house is located in the heart of the town of Mayville, walking distance to shops, groceries, restaurants, bars, and of course the lake. There is a public boat dock and a kayak/boat rental shop right at the end of our street. The Chautauqua Institute is a five minute drive. Various destinations such as Bemus Point, Jamestown, Peek'n Peak, and Erie PA are all a short drive.
There is space for multiple families to stay - the master bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has a full bed with a twin above it. The second floor has a twin bed, a futon, a large sleeper bean bag, and plenty of space to set up any air mattresses or cots you may need. Washer and dryer in the basement are available for guest use. The kitchen is ready for any and all meal prep - oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, coffee maker, etc.
There is a huge backyard with a fire pit for quiet nights at home, a tree swing, hammock, and plenty of lawn games for the kids.

We stayed here for the solar eclipse and it had everything our family needed from toys for the little ones, to board games for the adults. Perfect for our needs.
