location was great
The property was excellent…the management of the rental was abysmal at best.
The assumption by your staff is everyone has a smart phone and is “techy” enough to navigate your texts and emails. My Android phone could not connect with your links in the texts. Once at the property I had no internet service, because the password was in an email. I had to go to a friend’s house to access my email and get the lockbox code and internet password.
The contact person who was supposed to be available once we got there was not. I placed a call to her at 2:30 while enroute and again once I got to the property at 5 p.m. No response from her until I had already accessed the information at my friend’s house about 6. Once she did call, it was hard to hear her as there was a young child screaming in the background. She was very unprofessional.
While at the property, the password provided did not work to access the internet. There was a different password on a note on the refrigerator. Neither worked.
I will not be recommending Evolve to my friends.
