Welcoming helpful staff and a lovely clean room. Breakfast was wonderful.
The bed was too hard and the bathroom needs modernising.

Lovely hotel. Great setting and very welcoming staff
I loved the place and the staff were great. I would stay again. But I just had to mark it lower because of breakfast. Firstly the service was slow - half an hour wait. And as a vegetarian I had high hopes for the breakfast. It could showcase all the delicious vege options. How about really good poached eggs (and not the version cooked in water with vinegar)? Or avocado and chilli on sourdough? Or eggs florentine, or field mushrooms on toast or…..Sadly the cooked options were full English or porridge. And with the Full English the variety smacked of a meat eater having selected the ingredients. The vege sausages were those awful potato things with carrots and sweetcorn. The mushrooms were really salty. I’m sorry but it was so disappointing. And it won’t turn meat eaters vege!

Location was really fantastic for town and easy to find, pleasantly kept styled and view from room was spectacular as sun rose and thankfully quiet from road noise during busy days -room warm and clean
No hairdryer not enough cups in room for number of guests. Light on outside window all night and air on from other rooms too noisy. Would expect a fridge for price and more veggies related products activity advertised. Not cool staff all left at 1800
