Comfortable bed and fairly spacious. Great location for visiting the Lakes.
Difficult to find rooms (not very clear directions or signage once at Brathay Hall). The room felt a little tired and dated, perhaps not the best value for money (especially with a pet).

Location, spacious, concept, facilities
Downstairs lodge but better access outside from patio doors with secure locking system. Bathroom shelves. Shoe rack and washing up liquid and sponge.

Shower in our room was cold
On opening the door it was clear our room hadn't been cleaned from previous guests. We had to wait for this to be done. We sat and waited around 9pm. Bottle of wine was given to us to compensate.
