About this house rental
This seaside townhouse in central Worthing is newly refurbished and decorated. Spread over three floors, up a few steps from the street, you enter the ground floor kitchen dining area. The kitchen has been newly fitted and is well-equipped with all new appliances: electric induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washer-dryer. A full range of crockery, glasses, mugs, cutlery, utensils and cooking pans are provided, as well as a Nespresso machine and milk frother. The dining table is extendable, seating 4-6 guests and has views over to the pier.
Off the kitchen is a newly installed family bathroom with a shower over the bath, toilet and LED mirror.
Upstairs to the middle floor are two bedrooms, both have views of the pier, double beds and bedside drawers for storage. One bedroom has hanging space and hangers provided for clothes. There’s also a cloakroom with a toilet and washbasin on this floor.
Stairs go up to the top floor where you'll find the room with a view - the lounge has two, two seater sofas, great sea and pier views and sliding doors to the balcony. Out on the balcony is a patio table and two chairs to sit and enjoy the view with your morning coffee or evening tipple.

The location is perfect and central to everything and Worthing. The unit is extremely clean and comfortable. Catherine was a fantastic host and she gave me a great tour of the unit and showed me how to use everything. I highly recommend this unit if you're looking for a convenient location in Worthing and something that's clean and comfortable.
