This was the most disappointing stay of our two-week trip.
Check-in was difficult, involving outdated key boxes and poor communication. The room smelled strongly of plastic, was uncomfortably hot, and although we found a fan, it offered little relief. There was no bathroom mirror, only one towel hook for a room meant for three, and our window faced a bare wall with no greenery.
Another issue was that the WiFi modem for the entire house was placed in our room, flashing a blue light from the bedside table all night. Red smudges on the walls and black mold in the corners added to the discomfort.
While the area is quiet, the property felt poorly managed and impersonal — more focused on turnover than guest experience. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Where should I begin?
Good location, adequate facilities. My problem started when I arrived and realized the check in instructions were masked, ‘for my protection’. This inconvenience caused me to miss dinner with my family since it all took longer than expected for me to get access to my room. The room and bathroom were fine however I heard every creak and step outside my door (not good for light sleepers), especially because people chat when they return at 1:00 am. The most frustrating and others should know is that the INTERNET shuts off between 9:30 and 10:00 pm and comes back on at 7:30 am. That unfortunately is why this review is so low. My experience with the facility support person was not satisfactory on this issue because it seemed obvious and routine that the internet was on a timer to shut off, but my call was treated as if it never happens and he offered various non working solutions. I would have preferred the truth and to not waste my time trying to resolve. Sharing my issues in case others might have same concerns.
