Exceeded every expectation. John is such a wonderful host, very knowledgeable. Breakfast was a delight, can’t get fresher eggs anywhere. Very walkable city. But a nice quiet walk away from city center for a good night sleep. Next time we’re back in Inverness will be at the Moyness House

Stayed here for 3 nights in the Neil Gunn room and I have nothing but praises for this place. It is a beautiful Victorian style house that's clean and well decorated, thus making the place warm and welcoming. A full Scottish breakfast was also freshly served every morning and John is an excellent chef! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and can't wait to be back here.

This is a lovely guest house and I’ve stayed here before many years ago.The staff is lovely and couldn’t do enough for you, breakfast is excellent, but I think if I came back I wouldn’t stay in the single room.It’s a bit odd to have your toilet actually IN the room and with no door, and as the room is just by the kitchen you hear all the comings and goings from early in the morning, so highly recommended Moyness House but not the single room on the ground floor between the kitchen and the dining room.

we had fantastic stay at Moyness House. John, the owner and his staff were friendly , accomodating and always available to assist us with any requests. We were impressed with the house upkeeping. We had a room on the ground floor with lovely decor. The bed was good and i had good sleep there during our 2 nights stay. Breakfast was wonderful, home cooked from the house kitchen. Also they have ample parking lots for the guests.
