Roseneath Guest House

It was convenient to everything in the city. We walked everywhere and enjoyed being so Close to the pedestrian bridge. Being able to park and leave the car was terrific. The proprietor was knowledgeable, helpful and very responsive.

Host Luigi is most gracious and helpful. The rooms are simple but clean and have the amenities you would expect. Location is perfect, easy walks to many points of interest and restaurants.

Cosy ambience. Clean. Friendly family run. Well proportioned room. Easy to find. Very bike friendly. Great location for exploring and the annual Loch Ness etape cycle. Highly recommend. Definitely staying here again.

Close to town centre and Bught Park. Had car parking. Clean but basic.

Found the gentleman in charge rather abrupt and dismissive. Paid extra for breakfast said what we wanted, which was less than was offered, and he appeared very surprised by this, but there was no point in him giving us food that we were not going to eat! He also served up our scrambled eggs before we had finished our cereal therefore the eggs were cold, he just pushed them onto the table. Coffee was lukewarm.On the Saturday night there were very noisy guests in one of the other rooms so it was around 1 before I could get to sleep.
