Great location. Lovely, bright and clean apartment. Lovely bathrooms and very well kept. We really enjoyed our stay. I imagine in the summer it’s glorious especially with the patio and some outside furniture. Nothing to change, owners have done a lovely job. Perhaps add a small side table under the window for the downstairs bedroom for your cup of tea. We went to the buffet breakfast in the hotel which was great as was the fish and chip shop next door.
It’s not that I didn’t like this about the property. More of an observation. We had two very windy nights and I couldn’t sleep due to the noise and the rattling. Windows could do with some reinforcement perhaps. The lounge in particular as it’s very drafty (the window by the tub) and also in the main bathroom - the skylight. You can’t help the British weather though.

The flat has a luxury feel and it is very central, right by the beach, with a nice view. It is great that you can use the hotel spa. The flat was clean and the beds comfortable. It was lovely that there was coffee available and a nice coffee machine.
First impact, everything looks really good, but it is not actually good quality at all. For example, the oven handle was falling off and not fixed properly, the wardrobe in the downstairs room was really flimsy, and there is no other furniture like a bed side table/lamp/chair, there is quite a bit of damp on the walls and windows (see picture of the bathroom skylight), the sofa had some stains. As others mentioned, there is no outdoor furniture to actually use the roof terrace and the corridor leading to the flat is extremely dated and not the easiest to navigate (although the video in the instructions definitely helped). This is a very expensive flat for what you get.

No instructions given to access the property by stairs.
My wife suffers from claustrophobia and can't use lifts and has to use the stairs. The property is on the 7th floor.
The main staircase stops at the 6th floor. Access to the 7th floor is not sign posted and confusing to find.

The location was superb. Right on the sea front with excellent views of the Channel. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, had all the facilities we would have needed. We had hoped to use the pool etc but didn't get a chance but would love to return and try out next time.
Parking!!! We came on New Year's Eve and the hotel was busy so perhaps our experience was clouded by the fact that the car park was so busy. We have a Range Rover Sport so a large car and the spaces were extremely tight for a medium sized car. It took us 30 mins to park due to how tight the spaces were and how insufficient they were for any large vehicle. We weren't the only ones having difficulty even those with smaller vehicles.
