About this house rental
Eco townhouse is minutes to the seaside. This unique self-catering property offers flexible accommodation in 4 bespoke bedrooms.
With stylish interiors, open plan lounge and dining, an equipped (yet small) & modern kitchen plus a bijou outside space, the Eco House offers the perfect space for families and friends.
The beautiful Victorian property is now available for self-catering holidays for up to 8 people in three double bedrooms and a bunk room. We are very happy to have kids and babies to stay.
Ultra sleek design and bespoke furnishings - Ground floor hallway leads to an open plan lounge dining and table space, which is calm, light and opens out onto the patio.
Lounge has smart TV with all channels and bespoke bench in tasteful modern colourscheme.
Gorgeous dining table with handmade bench seating one side and a selection of seating for all guests (including highchair if needed)
The functional and modern albeit small kitchen is graced with tactile surfaces and high quality appliances, with every pot, pan and glass you and your guests would need for a stay.
Up the hand made staircase to the first floor.
A dedicated children’s room is designed with a bespoke pair of raised cabin beds and a play area beneath. All bedrooms have ample storage and are fitted with blackout blinds.
At the front is our simple yet super stylish double room, complete with vintage bedside units and Dots.
On this floor is the Terazzo ‘tutti fruiti’ wet room - rainfall shower, WC and hand basin with quality gold hardware.
Top floor another two of the four bedrooms which are zip and link beds & can be set up as a kingsize or 2 singles, just let us know your requirements in advance.
The master bedroom is dreamy with a skylight above the bed, has a minimal Scandi-style shelving unit and luxury furnishings.
The front double bedroom is neat and simply designed with The Dots hanging spaces & bedside units.
The family bathroom is up here on the top floor with bathtub, shower over bath, WC and basin - geometric tiling and black hardware make this a striking and fun space .
Due to the age of the town house, the staircases are unusually steep & narrow.
Just to note:
This is not a party house
Staircases are unusually steep & narrow.
It’s a ‘no shoe’ household
No smoking indoors
No candles or naked flames
There is space for a pushchair (or two) folded up under the stairs.
Regrettably no wheelchair access.
Hotel grade bed linen and towels provided.
Eco hand soap, recycled bin bags, toilet rolls, dishwasher soap supplied..
Iron and ironing board supplied.

Had a girlie weekend away for my daughters 16th, 4 teenagers and 4 adults.The house was perfectly situated right next to beach and shopping so perfect for us. Easy access from Train station, and for those who drive the carpark.House was absolutely spotlessly clean and had everything you needed, its a bit of a tardis as bigger inside than it looks. Light and airy throughout, its a great place to stay and I will definitely be booking again. Nicola made it really easy from booking to us departing. Thank you for a lovely stay. P.s we found the secret cutlery draw on day 2 !
