There was a problem in one of the bathrooms, and the host was round to deal with it in less than half an hour. He fixed it quite quickly, and was very apologetic.
It would be helpful to have blackout blinds or dark, heavy curtains to shut out the street lighting at night.

The location was convenient for my bus route to work at Wakehurst, and my journey from Hampshire. I liked being able to cook my own food. The shower worked well -water was hot. Having Lidl nearby was handy. It was easy to access the key safe. Like having access to a fridge.
I could hear noise easily from the next room. But ppl were quiet and respectful.

Comfy bed and very convenient
People coming and going all times of the night meant the squeaky doors and loud floors keep you awake.
