Welcome to this spacious and well-equipped home, ideal for families, contractors, and groups. Comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests, the property offers three private upstairs bedrooms, each with a cosy double bed. Downstairs, there’s a large room with three sturdy bunk beds (6 single beds) perfect for flexible group arrangements.
The home features one clean and functional bathroom with a powerful shower, plus fresh towels and basic toiletries provided. Guests have full access to a fully equipped kitchen, including a cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and all essential cookware and utensils. A washing machine is also available for longer stays.
Relax in the bright, welcoming living room with a sofa and flat-screen TV, or step outside into the large private garden, ideal for outdoor dining, relaxing, or letting children play.
Enjoy free WiFi throughout the property and off-street parking for 2 vehicles on the front drive. The home is set in a peaceful residential neighbourhood, just a short walk from local shops, takeaways, and bus routes. Ifield Station is only a 12-minute walk away, offering direct trains to Gatwick Airport, London, and Brighton.
The entire house and garden are exclusively yours. No spaces are shared with other guests. The garage and a small storeroom near the living room remain locked for staff use only.

Red lid: clean recyclables (please rinse items before disposal)
Check-in & Check-out: Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request for 30 pounds /hour (subject to availability, as it requires rescheduling our cleaning team).
