Quiet house, very comfortable bed, hot shower, spacious room.
Listing mentioned tea/coffee facilities in the room which would have been nice but there weren't any during my stay. Really minor point though :)

The bed was comfy and the room was warm albeit basic in amenities but for the money I would not expect much more than what was provided.
Being woken up by the residents baby, which I appreciate cannot be helped but guests need to be aware of the family environment that they will be staying in as for work reasons it was not conducive to be woken up in the night. The bathroom needs a revamp too and only small bath towel provided, would prefer a hand towel and bath sheet.
