Very convenient location - great sized rooms and kitchen.
Wifi was excellent and had everything we needed around the flat.
I especially liked the split upstairs/ downstairs of bedrooms.
Access to building.
Broken tv in one of the rooms.

The apartment was fine, and the location was good, just a short walk into the centre, but it could do with a bit of a decorate and clean. The window in the living area wouldn't close, but after informing the owner, it was fixed a couple of days later. The couch was very stained, so we didn't use it, but the landlord noticed this when fixing the window, so put a cover over it.
Good location for supermarket, as it's right opposite.
Parking was available but its on a lane with other cars so means you could be blocked in at times, which is a bit of a worry, and is not guaranteed as others park there too, so first come first served really. But I did manage to park, and after a phone call, the neighbour let me out. (Numbers are in the apartment, so you know who to call)
The next-door apartment constantly had people going in and out (mostly men) at all hours of the night, so it was rather noisy, so I'm not sure what's going on there?
As we are an expansion team for a large company, we stay in many apartments/ hotels, and this one did fall a bit short of what we've stayed in before, but if you are working nearby and want a basic place to sleep at a decent price, then this place is for you.
