Older building on the outside, but very comfortable, clean and modern on the inside. We did not see any staff face to face but they communicated with us multiple times before and even checked on us twice during our stay.
Location in a suburb of a big city. But lots of security measures in place. We still walked everywhere and felt safe. Quick direct train into London.

Very clean and well equipped! We stayed for family travel and my mom loved this apartment so much!The best one of all apartments we have stayed along the travel around the UK! Will definitely return next time!
Not as close to the train station as on the description, but acceptable distance.
