I stayed at Abbey Corner with my family while visiting from India and had a very positive experience overall. The apartment was well presented, comfortable and made for an easy stay during our time in Reading.
One thing I really appreciated was the way the host handled everything towards the end of our stay. Unfortunately, there were a couple of minor accidental damages and some staining from my child, but this was dealt with in a very fair and understanding manner. Our deposit was returned in full, which I felt showed a high level of trust and professionalism.
The whole experience felt honest and well managed, which makes a big difference when travelling with family.
I would definitely stay again and recommend Nivaas to others.

My partner and I travelled from Florence and stayed in a 1-bed apartment at Abbey Corner with Nivaas. It was a very pleasant stay and the apartment worked perfectly for us while visiting the area.
The flat was clean, bright and very comfortable. The bed was excellent and we both slept very well. After long days out it was nice to relax with the large smart TV, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own meals.
The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, which helped as we needed to do some work during our stay. The location was also very convenient with shops, restaurants and transport nearby.
A special thank you to AJ, who looked after us during our stay. He was very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
Overall we had a lovely, comfortable stay and would happily return if we visit again.
