The bed was very comfortable which so my place ignore and the range of pillows was a nice bonus. It was well equipped despite being small. Louise was very helpful with all queries and responded quickly. Good sized fridge-freezer and handy tupperware containers. Location was also really handy for what I needed.
The bathroom is quite cramped and the sink is far too small. Being on the ground floor and by a busy road felt like being a little on display. Also very noisy with doors slamming and lights flooding the bedroom at night. The electric heaters were also slightly over complicated. The sofa was unfortunately quite uncomfortable and sitting at the dining table was slightly awkward.
I had a stay of over 2 weeks though so all things that would be less of an issue with a shorter stay.

Near the city center
You arrive in the night in a car parking with no lighting and you need to proceed to the back door , which had no lighting and i had to use my phone lighting. The key box is not clearly shown. When you manage to enter the ground floor you get in a dark corridor with NO lights. Very dangerous. But the most interesting was climbing the 2 stairs to get to the door of the apartment with a suitcase WITHOUT ANY LIGHT . They had in the key box 2 sets of keys . Apparently the 2nd one had nothing to do with the apartment. The other set of 3 keys has NO label to show which one is for the back door ,from which we had to enter from the parking area, and which is for the front door of the building and which for the apartment door. So we had to guess at midnight on arrival.
I called the owner and complained but the following morning she arranged ONLY the light at the landing in front of the apartment. The entrance , corridor and stairs remained dangerously dark.
The sofa was very dirty.
During all the stay there was bad smell from Indian cooking from the flat in the basement.
The toilet in the very small bathroom was virtually impossible to sit on and use if you are higher than 1.45 m.
