L'appartement est situé dans un quartier calme et à proximité du vieux Annecy (10-15mn à pied).doté d'un balcons, d'une place de parking ainsi qu'un chauffage autonome. L'appartement était très propre. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Le descriptif détaillé fourni par le propriétaire pour accéder à l'appartement. Literie très confortable.
La place de parking est très étroite,( attention ⚠️ pour ce, qui viendrais avec un gros SUV,...) Le chauffe eau (je pense) dans une des chambres qui fait un bruit de fond continue. Une serviette pour la vaisselle ainsi qu'un égouttoir serait un plus et non négligeable. Une des chaises sur le balcon arrive en fin de course (latte cassé).Un dérouleur mural pour le papier toilette des WC.
