Quartier calme. La proximité du centre et le chemin le long du Thiou. Appartement confortable et bien rénové avec goût. Lits confortable. L'accès extérieur sur le balcon. La possibilité d'avoir un accès au garage souterrain avec place privée.
Les velux des deux chambres donnent sous le toit du garage. Pas de store dans une des deux chambres. La machine à café ne fonctionnait pratiquement plus. La télécommande de la télévision ne marchait pas (piles). Accès au garage souterrain très étroit. Ménage pas au top (poussière sous le lit ++).

Appartement très calme, bien situé par rapport à l’accès au centre ville à pied.
Pas de rideau occultant dans une des chambres Mitigeur de la douche difficile à réguler : eau très chaude

Appartement spacieux
Appartement loin du vieux Annecy à pied, peu de commerces hormis une boulangerie, bruit continue dans une chambre empêchant de dormir( point déjà mentionné dans les avis) ,pas de rideau occultant dans une chambre , toit au dessus des velux des chambres et en plus velux non lavés, poussière sous les lits. Machine expresso qui ne marchait pas bien . Plusieurs de ces points ont déjà été mentionnés dans des avis . Rapport qualité prix de l’appartement très décevant .
