Location was great , lovely shower and kitchen and equipment were good.
The disposal of rubbish was hard , we could not find the outdoor bins

Everything was good. The location is very convenient, the bed linen was clean, and the apartment overall was tidy. It was also nice to have coffee and tea available, which is not always the case.
The kitchenware could be updated, as some items are worn and not very convenient for cooking. There were also some cobwebs in the corners that could use better cleaning.
Additionally, I was a bit surprised by the request to remove the bed sheet after check-out. It would be more consistent if the cleaning team handled all bedding rather than only part of it.

It’s fairly spacious, neatly kept. Liked the decor. well located as everything was a walking distance.
We struggled to find the keys. First for the garage and then the access for the building entry. The staff helped over call on the provided number for the 1st call made. But when called again for some other help, did not respond despite multiple calls. Since We had reached at night after a really long drive from Loire valley, and exhausted, not answering our calls to help get our access, was a bit upsetting.

Convenient to train station. Walkable to old town - 15 mins. Newly remodeled. Ample closet space. Large refrigerator. Beds were very comfortable. Coffee maker made good coffee once we purchased filters & coffee. Outside terrace was nice. Quiet at night as we kept windows open to get air. It was warm when we visited. Close to patisseries.
Dealt with a company - not the owner. Responsiveness an issue. Would ask questions with no response. Instructions for apt were in French and we don't speak French. Could not figure out dryer as part of washing machine and there was no drying rack. Lots of fondue items but no glasses. No coffee provided and two rolls of toilet paper for five adults staying two days. Five packets of body wash were not adequate as the "free toiletries". Information on luggage storage as we arrived early did not work as there were no lockers available. One towel and hand towel per guest. The "loft" for third bed was in living room and was not sturdy. Would be a challenge to have six adults stay here especially with only one shower and one toilet - in separate rooms. Would not deal with a concierge in the future. Did not use the parking space so if you are driving and bringing coffee, spices for cooking, and a drying rack - this is a good option.
