La situation géographique, la propreté et l’équipement.
Manque de vaisselle, manque d’éclairage dans la chambre et le manque d’information du 3ème étage sans ascenseur.

Nice modern apartment with good kitchen and balcony. Parking on site. Excellent self check in access.
No aircon, so it was hot when we arrived and the shutters were open (full sun).
Balcony shutter broken.
Not really 5 minutes from city centre, more like 25 minutes walk.

Appartement was niet echt schoon. Tweepersoonsbed klein. En op mijn berichten via Booking.com. werd niet gereageerd.

Very good wifi. Comfortable kitchen just it could use new pans.
We had to sleep separately as bed was not suitable for two people (and we are not that big), which was a bummer. Sink in the bathroom did not drain any water.
