We spent 3 weeks in the apartment, and it was very comfortable. A major plus for the very well-equipped kitchen – it had everything we needed. The beds in the rooms were comfortable.
The apartment is quiet and warm (even despite the lower temperatures outside). There is a large supermarket and bakeries nearby. The city center is about a 20-minute walk away.
There are public parking spaces in front of the building. It usually wasn't a problem to find a free one – over 3 weeks of using the car daily, I only had maybe 3 situations where I had to look for a spot elsewhere.
But perhaps the biggest asset is the host, who responded quickly to every question, tried to help, and even provided us with a desk for work :)

Ménage pas fait.... mego de cigarette dans le lave vaisselle....trace d urine sur cuvette WC.....poignée de la.porte des WC cassé...idem pour la sdb....cheveux sur serviette de douche...
