Located in a quiet resort setting. Roomy for family and grandparents. Loved the pool table and hot tub. Beautiful home. My family really enjoyed the Arnold Palmer golf course and our stay here. Nice pool at the resort. Overall a really great place to come back to after mt biking in the area.
Few very easy maintenance items would help. Half the light switches didn't work because the light bulbs were burnt out or completely missing. The beds were not all queens. The master bedroom bed was smaller then expected from pictures. Had to search through all the drawers and cupboards to find the old and limited towels and washcloths. And there was "communal" shampoo and soap there. So don't except hotel like service with your towels and toiletries set out.
Just a note, the spiral staircase was a little steep for small children, so I spent too much time chasing the toddler up and down steps. There was a play room but it was right at the top of the steep stairs. There is a small bed in the office downstairs. Otherwise, the master and all other rooms and showers are upstairs. The wifi did not really work and so the tvs (roku) didn't work and could not sign in to streaming services.
