Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude dans ma chambre lorsque je suis arrivé dans la soirée J'en ai informé la réception le lendemain matin et l'on m'a changé de chambre Ce n'était guère mieux dans la nouvelle chambre, l'eau était tiède C'est un minimum que d'avoir un peu d'eau chaude, personne ne s'en ému Aucun mot d'excuse .. rien du tout
