The staff were fantastic and very helpful. They were the best part of the stay. The hotel's location is ideal for walking around the old city centre.
We had difficulty driving to the hotel using our rental car's navigation and also Google maps as they kept trying to make us drive the wrong way down a one-way road and restricted access roads. The website says there is safe parking in front of the hotel, but there really isn't any. I got out of the car to ask the hotel staff how to get to it and where to park. They were very helpful and directed us to a nearby paid parking lot.
