I would not stay in this hotel again, primarily due to one reason. The rooms have limits on both the heating and air conditioning, and the limits they impose are actually pretty ludicrous. I stay in a lot of hotels and have never experienced this level of restriction. When the weather is cool, even when we stayed in September, you can only heat the room to 18C which is about 65F. Of course you can survive in this temperature, but it definitely feels like an Ebenezer Scrooge experience, with wool sweaters on and huddling to stay warm. Not a vacation or resort feel by any stretch. In summer, you can only cool to outdoor temperature minus 8C. If this hotel wants to improve its ratings I would suggest by allowing your guests to heat their rooms!

Staff were friendly
I paid for a room with air conditioning and a minibar but the air conditioning is ON only in summer ( so if it’s a hot day in mid April bring your own fan ) It was VERY warm in the room, i asked if i could have the air conditioning ON but not possible. i didn’t sleep well because of the heat and it was noisy outside . No minibar in the room also but at this point the air conditioning was the main issue for me.
