We had a nice 4 night stay at the Bellegarde Hôtel by Viktor. Easy check in process. The location is perfect - about a 5-10 minute walk to the Cours Mirabeau (the main strip of the town). AC was adequate. Room was clean and very quiet for quality sleep. Must be okay with stairs as there is no elevator, which was not an issue for us, but something to be mindful of.

Very charming small hotel complex located in the immediate vicinity of the city centre of Aix-en-Provence.
We were welcomed by a very professional and kind staff member at our arrival.
The room are cozy, nicely decorated. We got the room 103. Room doesn’t have a safe in case you are looking to secure your stuff.
There is a public parking in front of the hotel, a little convenient store at the corner.
Some improvements can me made:
-providing small water bottle in the room can be greatly appreciated
-the bathroom is a bit a mess as the water go easily outside of the wooden floor, I believe an improvement should be made to made the shower and the bathroom floor better.
We didn’t test the breakfast however it seems very good. It is priced at 14€ per person.
