Die Aussicht dort ist grandios und entschädigt über die ganzen Mängel im Apartment hinweg.
Tolle Größe des Apartments! Toller Poolbereich!
Bei Ankunft gab es bereits diverse Mängel, die in der Preisklasse des Apartments nicht sein sollten:
- Eine Aussenjalousie beim Wohnzimmer ließ sich nicht nach oben fahren.
- Die Sonnenmarkise auf der Terrasse ließ sich nicht ausfahren.
- Der Dunstabzug in der Küche lief ununterbrochen.
- Das Licht (Hauptlampe) im Badezimmer flackerte permanent, wie in einem Horrorfilm.
- Ein Licht im Hauptschlafzimmer war defekt.
- Das Fach für das Waschmittel in der Waschmaschine war schimmelig und wir haben uns das Waschen somit leider verkneifen müssen.
Sonstiges/ Verbesserungen:
Generell wäre eine Klimaanlage in solch einer Immobilie wünschenswert.
Auch die Grundausstattung in der Küche war sehr überschaubar: Kein Spülmittel, keine Tabs für die Spülmaschine, keine Spültücher zum Abtrocknen, kein Backpapier!
Alles muss man erst mal selbst besorgen.

The apartment had a beautiful view of the lake and Menaggio. Instructions getting into the property were very good. Kitchen was well appointed and beds were comfortable. Nice gift basket for our stay.
The blinds on the left side of the living area weren’t operating and obstructed the view from inside. It was raining when we arrived and the awning over the outdoor table also wasn’t working so couldn’t go outside that evening. Security gate opener was not working. Had to get out and open gate with a key each time which would’ve ok except for the rain. No coffee tables around the couches seemed odd. No carafe for the coffee maker.
